Pool Opening Party: Can you believe it is pool opening time?! Join us May 18th for an evening of fun on the pool deck! We will have a live band and Curly and Donny will be grilling for us!

All Pub Patrons enjoy free appetizers on Fridays starting at 6:00 p.m. It's a great opportunity to meet and visit with your neighbors.

Seasonal Events

• Halloween Party- With all the local ghosts and goblins.
   
• End of Summer Pool Party - Two bands, pig roast, games all day and lots of fun!
   
• Christmas Party - Both the kids and the adults had a great time. The kids got to meet Santa in person. He promised them all very nice gifts. He delivered!
   
• New Years at the Pub - What better way to bring in the New Year than with your friends and neighbors at the Pub

• January Karaoke Party -Even if your Mom says you can -NOT!
   
• SUPER SUPER Bowl Party - Too much food and so much fun! We <3 football!
   
• Resident Appreciation Month - January - FREE "Breakfast on the Go" every Monday at the Guard House.
   
• May Pool Opening Party - FOOD, entertainment, games and prizes! The band was rocking and the food was fabulous!

• St. Patrick's Day Party - March 15 at the Pub. The Green Beer was flowing and there was live music by O.K. to Drive.

• Kid's Spring Fling - March 15. Easter Egg Hunt and pictures with the Easter Bunny .
